S.G. Lewis & Company was founded by Stephen G. Lewis, the former Head of U.S. Gaming – Corporate Finance at global investment bank Houlihan Lokey.  Prior thereto, Mr. Lewis was at Libra Securities, a merchant banking firm founded by former Drexel Burnham Lambert professionals. Mr. Lewis’ track record in investment and merchant banking across a wide range of industries has garnered him a reputation for integrity, technical skill, first class execution, and highly personalized service. These attributes are the basis upon which the firm was founded and continues to operate.

Our team has facilitated transactions for numerous public and private corporate clients, institutional credit funds, and real estate investment groups, including: Starwood Capital, The TAO Group, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Margaritaville Resort Casino, the Atlantic City Hilton, and the Riviera Hotel & Casino, among others.  We have advised in the financing of greenfield real estate and casino developments, made direct investments in privately-held companies and real estate projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean, and currently maintain investments in the food and beverage, restaurant, healthcare, digital media, energy, and real estate sectors.
